Shorts weather is here……Time to shed pounds!!!

Shorts weather is here….or almost here.  It’s time to start thinking about taking a few pounds off those thighs.  It looks better, it’s better for you and when it gets really hot, it definately feels better.  Nothing is more painful than sweaty thighs rubbing together, and the resulting yeast on your skin that sometimes accompanies it.  So do something for yourself, get some products that protect your health while allowing you to shed those pounds, oftentimes at an amazing rate and without “dieting”.

My personal experience, and this is not to say everyone will experience this, is that every person I’ve put on this, within the first three months loses 30-40 pounds.  No special diets.  What combination do I use to get these results?  Actually….and this is suprising, just the basic nutriton program mostly.  Yes, the Aloe Plus, Bio-Fuel and Get-Go-N Plus. Order NE3.  Mix it up in the morning with water, drink and you’re good for the day.  Things can be accelerated by adding Body’s Best, these are described in the following articles.  Body’s Best is quite amazing, because you would expect it to tast bad.  It doesn’t, at all.  It’s orange flavored, what I do is take half a glass of cold water (add a little flavored drink if you want) and mix in a packet.  Mix it well, because it has a lot of fiber. 

It makes you feel full, attaches (actually encases) fats in your meal, neutralizes carbs (and as a result

Chitosan

Chitosan

Fatty foods are everywhere. For someone on a low fat diet these foods are particularly hard to avoid at restaurants. A chitosan supplement may be the solution. Chitosan (kite-o-san) is a popular weight loss aid that can help prevent fat in foods from being absorbed by the body.

Chitosan is a natural, indigestible fiber derived from the shells of some shellfish. Once in the stomach, it works by clinging to and surrounding fat in the foods you eat, preventing the body from absorbing fat and storing it. Studies report that chitosan can absorb up to six times its own weight in fat.

Because of the way chitosan clings to fats, it can also cling to cholesterol and fat-soluble vitamins. The cholesterol-lowering effect is welcome, because it can reduce the amount of LDL (bad) cholesterol in the body while increasing the amount of HDL (good) cholesterol. Interfering with the absorption of essential fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, Essential Fatty Acids) can be problematic. To get optimal use of both chitosan and your vitamins, it is recommend that any fat soluble vitamins be taken an hour or more before or after taking chitosan.

Chitosan can be a great solution to eating the occasional high fat meal. Even though taking chitosan supplements seems like an easy way to “cheat” on a diet and eat lots of high-fat foods with no penalties, chitosan works best when used in combination with a low fat diet. Chitosan needs to be in the stomach at the same time as the fatty foods, so chitosan is usually taken about half an hour before the meal that contains the most fat (usually the last meal of the day). It is always a good idea to consult your physician before starting any weight loss program.
