“Your Body Is Screaming For Get-Go-N ; Can you hear through the fatigue, confusion, depression, and weight gain?”
by BIOMETICSLADY (Yours truly)
Would you rather take a dozens of pills to get your B vitamins in separate component parts, or drink a delicious apple cinnamon flavored drink that actually works?
Get-Go-N Plus is an essential part of the Biometics line. All Biometics products are produced to work synergistically. The products are separated into different components, instead of all lumped into one formula. This is for the simple reason that some products are more appropriate for certain health issues than others.
Get-Go-N Plus is composed of a B Vitamin Complex with the addition of Tyrosine. Let’s look at the specific ingredients of this product, and the possible benefits of its use.
Let’s look at the B Vitamins first. Deficiency in B vitamins can cause things such as muscle cramps, Anemia, Mental Slowness and confusion, lack of energy, respiratory infections, hair loss, and poor development in children, depression and abdominal cramps among others.
Note: B vitamins are destroyed by many things, such as caffeine, stress, alcohol, refined sugars and nicotine. B vitamins are water based, and as such cannot be stored by the body, and any excess intake is excreted in the urine. We must take in enough for our requirements each day, and since many people with health issues need more B Vitamins, and process it at a faster rate, it is no wonder so many diets are deficient in this basic nutrient.
Not all vitamins are created equal!
Get-Go-N Plus contains 1.7 G of Riboflavin (B2) this is 100% of the RDA. Like the other B Vitamins, it plays a key role in energy metabolism, and is required for the metabolism of fats, ketones, carbohydrates, and proteins. It contains 50 mg of Niacin (B3), which is 250% of the RDA. Niacin opens the capillaries, improving the flow of blood (resulting in the occasional red itchy “Niacin Flush”, which can be alleviated by drinking a simple glass of water). Deficiency of Niacin has been shown to produce agitation and anxiety, as well as mental and physical slowness. Vitamin B 5 (Pantothenic Acid) is at 10 mg, which is 100% of the RDA. B5 deficiencies include fatigue, chronic stress and depression. Vit B 5 is needed for hormone production and the uptake of Acetylcholine (Bio-Alert), which combine to prevent certain forms of depression. Pyridoxine (Vit B 6) is the most plentiful, at 10 mg, or 500%. Many nutritionally oriented doctors do not believe that most diets do not provide optimal amounts of this vitamin {1}.
A healthy alternative for ADD/ADHD?
This vitamin aids in the processing of amino acids, which is only one of the reasons this component, contained in our Scholastic Enhancement Program, has proven to be amazingly useful for alleviating systems of ADHD. Get- Go-N Plus has 100% of the Folic Acid or Folate as required by the RDA. Most of us are familiar with this nutrient because of the recommendation to pregnant women get enough folate for the health of the developing fetus, since it is essential in the production of red blood cells and plays an important part in the production of DNA. It also helps prevent Neural Tube Defects in the developing fetus. The last B Vitamin Get-Go-N Plus contains is Vitamin B 12, at 6 mcg or 100% of the RDA. Deficiency leads to such things as mood swings, irritability, confusion and mania {1}
Two little scoops… such powerful results!
Get-Go-N plus also contains .6 mg of Copper (30% of the RDA), a nutrient essential for transporting oxygen and for the maintenance of bone, connective tissue, brain, heart, and many other organs. {2}Copper is very important if you supplement with Zinc, as Zinc can interfere with the body’s absorption of Copper. Zinc in this product is present at 5 mg (33%). Zinc hardly needs an introduction. It is essential for the immune system. Zinc is an essential trace element for all forms of life. The significance of zinc in human nutrition and public health was recognized relatively recently.{3} Numerous aspects of cellular metabolism are zinc-dependent. Zinc plays important roles in growth and development, the immune response, neurological function, and reproduction. On the cellular level, the function of zinc can be divided into three categories: 1) catalytic, 2) structural, and 3) regulatory.{4}
